Kara has been in EMS since 2012 and an employee at UPRHSD since 2014. In addition to being a paramedic at UPRHSD, she manages all of the company’s durable medical equipment, the Mental Health Assessment Program’s Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement, and is a representing Peer Supporter.
